“I can’t say enough about Emily as an agent. Don’t let her young appearance fool you; she is an absolute pro at her profession. Not only is Emily insanely patient and readily available for any text, showing or to talk you off the ledge, she’s incredibly honest as well, which is quite refreshing in this industry. When asked, she would give her professional opinion about what the maximum price that should be paid, and any potential issues that would occur, with the approximate cost (e.g. we saw a house that had water seepage in the cinderblock foundation wall in the basement. She talked to us about the costs of having to excavate and to add a water barrier to the exterior of the house).
On the flip side, I sold my house with her as well. Her marketing went above and beyond so that it reached within the Halton, Hamilton and Toronto boards. She brought in photographers and got drone shots. She advertised with front door hangers, pamphlets and on her Instagram. Emily went above and beyond to get me an over-asking offer, in a time before COVID, when over-asking was a rarity.
