At the base of the escarpment, this established community is full of large century homes! This desirable community is a great option for those in need of space, those who appreciate being outside (Gage Park and Wentworth stairs are close by), or even a savvy investor who can rehab an old home or possibly consider a multi family conversion (be sure to check zoning options first!).

What are the best features of St. Clair/Blakely? The established community feel! Being at the base of the escarpment, there are some gorgeous old homes along the tree lined streets. I love going for walks through this community to look at some of the historic homes and heading up the Wentworth stairs to take in the view from the top of the mountain.

Thinking of moving to St. Clair/Blakely? The best way to experience a community is to spend some time there! I’d recommend going for a walk up the Wentworth stairs for some exercise or just a scenic view, and treating yourself at Willard’s Ice Cream!
