06 Jan New Condo in Burlington Ontario: Illumina
A new condo development is coming to downtown Burlington Ontario – Illumina, by the Molinaro Group.
I was so excited to take part in their recent VIP launch! They had model kitchen and bathrooms set up for touring where I was able to experience the high-end finishes. I also had the chance to check out floor plans and see the great pricing options. So with that said, I’m even more excited to share with you what the project is all about!
Firstly, let’s get into the builder, the building, and the units themselves.
The Molinaro Group is a longstanding Burlington builder, having built over 10,000 residential units since its start in 1963. You may be familiar with some of their other downtown Burlington condo developments like Paradigm, Strata, The Baxter, and Bunton’s Wharf.
Illumina residents will find a range of amenities in this condo building. This includes a rooftop terrace, a party room, fitness studio, concierge and hotel-inspired lobby. And environmentalists take note – this is Ontario’s very first ENERGY STAR® multifamily highrise (new construction) building!

Located in the West end of the Burlington downtown, you can easily access every amenity. You can get to the Burlington GO within minutes or if you prefer to drive, hop on the QEW to Toronto or Niagara. On the weekends, take in a walk along the water at Spencer Smith. If art is more for you, check out the Burlington Art Centre (just across the street)!
Construction has already started and tentative occupancy is February 2022!
