I love a good buyer consult!
It’s often like catching up with an old friend, even if it’s just our first meeting in-person. Buyer consults are something I like to offer to every client I work with, and especially to first time home buyers. When it comes to buying a home, it can be tough to know where to start.
That’s why a consult is a fantastic place to start our working relationship together. It provides a chance for us to get to know each other, and understand if we will be able to work well together.
We start off talking about all things you – your lifestyle, your pets, your family, your work, your financial situation, what you are looking for… In general, it’s all about you, and setting you up to be confident and successful as we find you a home to buy. We will then talk specifics about where you are at in the process, what you can expect from start to finish. And it gives you ample opportunity to fire off all your questions!
Whether you need some help finding someone to do a pre-approval with, just want to talk about the market, or are ready to buy immediately, it’s always a valuable meeting.
